Why Is Synapse Broken?!

This has been hands down the most frustrating experience ever. Synapse has always worked fine until a couple of weeks when it stopped recognizing my Leviathan V2. I have done numerous clean installs, run as admin, everything. It just gets stuck in a permanent loop of trying to start then ultimately failing. My Leviathan runs just fine w/o Synapse but I’m missing out things. Like my THX Spatial audio. Razer products are great, and they’re not inexpensive, when you deal in the high end the experience should feel high end. I’ve never said one negative thing about Razer and I still won’t but this is frustrating, not to mention it’s so difficult to get someone on the line for support. I’m going to uninstall Synapse and just enjoy my Leviathan 2 w/o synapse.

Thanks for raising your concern here, j_kickzCan you gather the Synapse logs from your PC by following these steps and using Google Drive to share them with me through PM? I will start a support ticket and raise your concern to the software team for an advanced resolution. 

Hi, I have the same issue. I have had multiple calls with support, but the issue is still not resolved. (although Razer support closed the case) (Support about case 230215-000790).  At the time Razer provided me with a special version of Synapse that at least allowed Synapse to load but the Leviathan was not recognised in Synapse (never has been). Today I installed newest Synapse Update (Version 20230330) in the hope the issue could be resolved and the loop is back with Synapse not starting. I have also installed the latest Firmware.

The Razer Central logs have this multiple times:
