Why is the new subscriber promo code not working?

This is my first time considering a Razer product, and I'm interested in purchasing the Razer Viper V4 Pro.

I signed up as a new subscriber and successfully received a promo code. The email indicates that the code is valid until June 25, but when I try to apply it in my shopping cart, it is marked as invalid.

I would like to understand why the promo code cannot be used and whether there are any restrictions that apply to this product.

To be honest, I was also considering purchasing the Logitech PRO X Superlight 2. The 15% new-customer discount code on Logitech's website worked without any issues. However, I still prefer the Viper V4 Pro and would rather purchase the Razer mouse.

That said, being unable to use the promo code I received as a new subscriber has been quite frustrating and disappointing.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
