I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced from 2019, support says recovery images are available post-2017. Why is my device listed as a legacy device with no recovery image?

Also, there is no model or serial number showing up in bios or using cmd. Razer updaters give errors about it not being a razer system, hence my desire for a recovery image.
