Why do I have to log on to my Razer account AGAIN all the time to get the Synapse software to work?
Why do I have to log on at all?
Why won't Synapse start up, even when I have logged on correctly? And why will a restart of my comp solve this?
Razer: I've paid hundreds of Euros for your products - why does it suck so much to even get the stuff to work?
I want hardware to work flawlessly - all the time. And I DON'T want your fucking Synapse software to not only fail, but to repeatedly refuse to even load.
Get it fixed - fast. I can accept that you guys are probably busy etc, but this software insisting on me logging on to even use it and then failing repeatedly (as in, several times a week) is a major pain in the ass.
I have bought software to run my Tartarus and Naga on a MacBook M1 Pro, running macOS 12 - it works better on that software than it does on Synapse.
Get to it. You owe me.
