it only turn on when i change dpi then it will turn off again, at first the LED indicating my battery % but now its off how do i turn it back on like it used to be?

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
