When I bought my Razer DeathAdder V2 I connected it via BT. it worked for a while and then I decided to connect my hyperspeed connection, and caput…

( also have Razer wireless headphone Barracuda)

 

Everytime I connect hyperspeed or BT, it connects, and disconnects, and connects and disconnects… and the cycle repeats itself.

 

I can only connect it with the usb cable…

 

I have tried to updated the firmware… but when it asks to connect via cable (that it is already connected so it can work...) it fails to reconize the mouse via cable and does not allow me to update firmware..

 

 

 

PLEASE HELP

did you find a resolution for this?

I have the same issue, i have already tried razers hyperspeed utility tool and it didnt work as well.
