I am getting to have my mouse repair due to cursor not able to move while all other buttons work fine.
However, after going through check status with all the questions on the web and was shown that Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty
I have checked that mouse is covered two years warranty by Razer.
This product was purchased on 01/11/2021 and should have warranty covered till this Nov year with my proof of official receipt email still with me.
Do let me know how to proceed as an official receipt should be a good and legit enough even though i did not register with Razer ID.
