apparenly my deathadder elite connects but not orochi v2, has been trying to solve it for a few hours now
why orichi v2 doesnt link to synapse 3 and 4

I understand that the Razer Synapse is unable to detect or recognize your Razer Orochi V2. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
