I noticed in Windows 11 26020 when i close all Synapse apps from the taskmenu. The apps are still running in the backgroud. When we close all apps using the tray-menupopup and choose "exit", the apps close. Yet they still seem to be running, only the tray-menu seems to have close the instances of the app
