Hello, I wonder why you don’t sell the USB dongle for the Kraken v3 it was still in sell earlier as i could read. Mine just broke and I wanted to buy a new one because I only used if for like 3 months! And it was a tough amount of money that i’m not able to use anymore! Please can someone do something for me ? i’m still under warranty too :/
+1If it failed after 3 months of use (and it’s not physically broken), why don’t you RMA it?
Same issue. Razer will not make it right. They’re more interested in physical damage to the headset itself which has no issue, rather than replacing the faulty USB stick. Afterall, they designed it to fail for a reason. They dont even stock the USB stick now lol, have fun paying $60 from a 3rd party seller in Beijing. They hate their customers. Still under warranty by the way.
