Why won't my mouse connect with Bluetooth?


My laptop does have it: Under Mice and other pointing devices what is HID-compliant mouse and what is is that symbol?

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this post. If you are getting a yellow triangle symbol with an exclamation point in the device manager, it means that the driver could be either missing or not installed properly. How many Razer devices are you using in your setup? When did the symbol show up? Have you tried right-clicking the device, uninstalling, then restart your computer and let Windows detect and install this missing driver?

I have 1 device. I don't know when the symbol showed up. I uninstalled, checked to delete software too, and restarted: What software was deleted? I have Synapse.

look i dont now a lot about that but in the configurations you search mouse and you put detect device and you add the device

That's right. If the Razer Synapse 3.0 has been uninstalled, the Razer hardware driver needs to be uninstalled and updated again. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
