Why wont synapse 3.0 open

I have tried everything and yet razer synapse 3.0 will not open. I don't know what to do and im considering just getting anew keyboard. If anybody can help please do.

    Hi, I had the same problem. The only solution for me was to unistall last windows update feature (22 december for me) And after reboot, synapse 3.0 launched and asked me for login. I logged as Guest. Perhaps it will fix the connection problem. Regards, fred
