WiFi connection issue

Yes, I can literally connect to every other wifi network in the universe, except for my own. Are you using a Netgear router per chance? just trying to eliminate possible conflicts. Every other device (including other Android 9 devices) can connect to the wifi router, except for my Razer Phone 1

ok... well... at least its not my router lol I simply cannot understand it. My wifes phone connects and is Android Pie, but mine isnt even registering on the Router as ATTEMPTING to connect. The phones Mac address doesn't show up as even trying to connect... I am assuming its a Razer problem as every other device we own is connected fine. I have tried factory reset, I have tried resetting the router... nothing works... Im so lost lol

Where about is the serial number? I can find the model number on the phone, and the IMEI and build number in the OS, and a whole bunch of regulatory numbers, but I cannot find the serial number.
