Hello

 

My Wifi is constantly disconnecting (turning off), then networks disappear then re-appear and then i can re-connect. this happens every 5-10 minutes.

 

So far i have:

Uninstalled wifi adapter driver and re-installed from new.

changed windows settings to never turn off wifi

changed router and internet provider

 

the issue is deffinately on this laptop as other devices brought in to test do not have any issues

 

Please help as this issue has been driving me crazy!  Right now I could not recommend a Razor product to anyone else even though this has been the only issue i’ve had.

This is the Intel 23.60 WiFi Driver that is way better than 23.50 kit. Several people have reported speed degradation on 23.50 on some forums, so I would avoid that kit version altogether as it seems to have issues. 

I installed the 23.60 kit via Device Manager and they working good on my Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 w/o any speed degradations as I ran a Speed Test post upgrading from 23.40 to the 23.60 kit to be sure of it.

 

P.S. Device Manager will NOT let you install a driver that is NOT digitally signed by the OEM, so rest assured the 23.60 Driver at the above link is signed digitally by Intel!
