So I was using my viper v2 pro paired with the wireless dongle. After a few months of use, suddenly the dongle is not being recognized. I searched the internet and found out this is a very common issie with the mouse and I should contact Razer support for dongle replacement. I am not getting any response from the support team whatsoever. Even I do not understand whether my ticket was even raised. Can anyone help me on how to contact Razer support? I have ordered the 4kHz hyperpolling dongle as an alternative. But in order for it to work, I need to install the latest firmware. However, firmware installation requires a wifi dongle. So I am at a total deadlock. Any help will be appreciated. And one last question, can one viper v2 pro dongle be paired with another viper v2 pro mouse?
