Will the audio imbalance in the Razer Kraken V3 Pro ever get fixed?

I got myself another pair to give  them a second chance, I updated the firmware to the latest straight away. The audio and haptic  imbalance is still there unless you turn the audio wheel up to max but this means the product isn’t functional. This has been reported 2 years ago. HAs this headset been abandoned?

    I too have this problem.  Support very bad.

    The year is 2024 and none of the above problems have been solved. Particularly with imbalance sound. I think we should demand from Razer an official statement about the defective batch they continue to sell (if they seem unable to fix the problems)
