Hi, just bought Basilisk V3 mouse, and I encountered an issue, in which I cant normally move my mouse from one window to another.
- i have 4 screens, with this setup for years (layout https://imgur.com/a/1hIuBN3)
- I cant cross at all normally between screen 1 ↔ 2, 3 ↔ 4, 1 ↔ 3. Other screen pairs require huge speed.
- I have connected the mouse to different USB computers
- I have restarted the computer multiple times
- Razer Synapse version is 4.0.86.2510220630 (newest)
- I have all snap windows 10 features disabled
- using older mouse (non razer), works just fine
- I can move the mouse to specific window (‘breaking the barrier’) by greatly increasing mouse move speed, but I'm not going to fight with mouse all the time
- screens are positioned perfectly in windows 10 settings, I can see it by dragging some window. It crosses screens exactly were it should, but as soon as mouse is near the border of the screen, the invisible barrier comes up
Strange thing I noticed: Changing wired polling rate from for example 1000 to 500 or 125 decreases the speed needed to switch windows.
Please help, I don’t want to return a brand new mouse
[UPDATE] I think I fixed it, by: completely reordering screens layout (absurd way), applying the crazy layout, then switching back the screen layout to original and applying again! Works :D
