Windows 10 not recognizing webcam on Razer Blade Stealth 13

My Razer Blade Stealth 13 (GeForce MX150 - Full HD - 256GB SSD - Quartz) has been experiencing camera issues. Originally, the camera would flicker when the laptop was plugged in. Now, the camera isn't detected at all. The infrared webcam is functional, but the regular video webcam is not. In my device manager, the regular webcam is not listed, only IR shows up. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks!

I haven't found a fix yet, but I saw on reddit that someone had a similar problem because the ribbon cable that controls the camera came loose. Once I'm feeling brave, I might take the bottom of my computer off and see if the ribbon cable thing can fix my camera.

Ahhh I'm almost certain mine is software issue! Just got the laptop today setup windows hello...installed windows updates, restarted no camera function. Ended up flattening and starting from scratch same story everything stops recognising the camera, since rolled back the updates but with no resolve!

Yeah at this point I don't know what to do...every time I talk to razer support they tell me to factory reset, but that's never helped :( If you find a fix lmk!!

I’m just going to return the laptop there seems to be thread upon thread with the same issue with no detailed resolve!
