My computer Blue screened a couple times then would not boot at all. I used the factory reset function from the BIOS, and everything has been working smoothly since, with the exception that Windows keeps abrasively prompting me to address the fact that there is no product key associated with the current install.
I contacted Razer Support and was told that the only solution is going through a reimage. Is it not possible to just give me my product key?

With a bit of luck I can help you, the key is usually in the packaging in which the PC is delivered or on the certificate of authenticity that is attached to the PC
+1Product key is “embedded” into motherboard.
It should automatically activate OS once it’ll have access to the internets. But maybe you have installed some different version? (Pro vs Home etc)?
Sometimes, the key is embedded in the BIOS for pre-installed systems, but if it's not showing up, Razer Support might be right about needing a reimage.
