Windows 10 task bar won't boot + slow login when Razer Orochi V2 is connected via dongle

Whenever I connect my Razer Orochi V2 to my laptop with the dongle before booting up, the Windows 10 log-in page loads really slowly, and the taskbar will be non-responsive. It is a problem that other users have reported already happening to them with the Huntsman Mini. However, it is happening to me with my Razer Orochi only. In Bluetooth mode, the mouse works fine. I've updated the firmware to the latest version, but this did not help. I am currently running Windows 10 on my laptop, an ASUS G14 on AMD Ryzen.

    There could be a driver incompatibility with its dongle. For now, reinstall the mouse driver by following the steps here. PM me the serial number of your mouse ff the problem persists. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a screenshot of how it appears in the Device Manager and your MSINFO32 so I can take a closer look at your system.
