It doesn't work here either, I bought the HP notebook with Snapdragon X Plus processor and the Razer Basilisk V3 mouse recently ☹️

I have the same issue. I can’t connect my Naga V2 Pro to my Microsoft Surface 7 laptop with ARM. I hope this issue can be solved soon.

Exact same problem here. Driving me absolutely nuts. C’mon, chaps. Fix.

As an aside, it’s the same issue with Logitech Gaming Softwars and the old G510 Keyboard. Works fine on the desktop PC, does not work on the laptop coz of the ARM chip.

Hi, same here. Pro Click 2 Vertical Mouse  and Deathstalker Pro 2 look pretty, but are pretty useless with any customisable keys. I am on a Surface Pro 11 Snapdragon Elite. Laptop is great,  but the Razer Keyboard and Mouse are definitely not worth the money as they aren't compatible.

I have submitted a ticket (with this link to show it's a know issue), but fully expected them to make me go through weeks of trouble shooting! They did that with my Razer 2080 rtx a few years ago when Synapse updates disabled RGB lighting for random keys. They knew it was an issue at the time but just made just through hoops rather than telling they were working on a fix.

Has anyone resolved this yet?

It's a shame they won't acknowledge there is an issue and show the same loyalty to their customers (test subjects!) that their customers show them.

Same Pro Click v2 Vertical. I did reach out to support. But they didn't understand what I was saying. I have tried to explain it again and reshared this link too. Not sure why they won't acknowledge there is an issue.

I am not getting anything firm from Razer other than they are esclating it. But they are leaving enough after their responses for the case to automatically close. I am assuming they know about this and just want it to go away. I could keep the case open, but I’ll have to do it every few days which is a pain.

I got my first Windows on ARM device in 2019 when Microsoft released their Surface Pro X I was very intrigued so I jumped on the chance to provide feedback and to try to get all of my apps running which had a mixed bag initially but once 64bit emulation support was added that really opened up the doors to what was now working.

I mention this preamble context because the only app that hasn’t had any hint of inclusion for Windows ARM64 support has remained Razer’s Synapse. I should also add that usually any driver related software that isn’t purpose built for ARM64 tends to be a dice roll if it will work or not and sometimes for how long (you gotta love Windows updates)!

I had given up years ago and just hoped that eventually just like with everyone else that Razer would finally add Windows on ARM support but all I got was an email about a Mac preview 😐 I honestly think if they put out Linux support we could just figure it out on our own but that would be too easy, surely.

So now in 2025 I continue to have to plug my keyboard into another non-ARM Windows device just to be able to configure the keyboards settings — noice, exactly what I paid extra for 👏

I felt the need to rant instead of just +1

💜

its amazing to see how much razer has fallen.
not just because of not performing in terms of software updates and promises.

the number of users using razer products have decreased tremendously.

was a big fan of their laptops back then. but GOD THANKFULLY i didnt get one.

So many LIGHTER, BETTER PERFORMANCE, BETTER BUILD products out there.

I doubt that their software updates are any better than their peripherals.
