Hi folks - raised a ticket for this, but then found this forum - so I'm guessing maybe best to ask for help here in case the community knows the answer.



(Ps did a Windows 11 upgrade search and didn’t find any solutions)



Got my new Razer 15 Advanced (mid 2021 edition) today. After much software updating .... eventually got the Win 11 notification to 'check compatibility for Win 11' as expected.



I ran PC Health check as the web page eventually asked me to. All I get back is that the machine is fine for Win11, an that Win11 is 'coming soon'.



Anyone else had this with older Razer laptops that are sold with 'upgrade to Windows 11 free' tag?



Have tried a few reboots and multiple software update checks and PC Health Checks again, and no joy.



Just in case anyone has an answer (it could be this is maybe down to these old machines still being sold new as old stock I guess, but I have no idea how that works with Win11 upgrades)



And if thats all a daft question, sorry, newbie !
