Hello, I’m facing an issue that I just can’t figure out. My Razer device, which has Windows 10 Pro installed, starts having problems after some time. The Windows activation in Settings freezes, and after a while, it crashes out of Settings entirely.
What’s worse is that this happens immediately after installing Razer Synapse. I thought it might be an issue with updating to Synapse 4, but even with version 3, the problem persists. I’ve checked both the SSD and RAM, and both are fine.
The Windows installation itself is official, downloaded directly from Microsoft and made bootable. Even using DISM gets stuck at 62.3%, and SFC always reports missing system files.
All of this started only after installing Razer Synapse; before that, my system had no problems at all. I’d really appreciate any help, as this has been driving me crazy for a month now. I can’t play any games or run programs without worrying about this issue.
