Windows Hello

Hello Community, I just received my Razer Blade 15 Mid 2019 Base model with the RTX 2060 GPU and I have a problem with the biometrics. I know that upon installation of windows, the biometrics driver should have been installed, but it wasn't. I have spent the last few hours trying to find a place to download the drivers, update them, or just do anything so I can use the Windows Hello Face. I have the PIN, so it is almost like half of the driver was installed. Everything is up to date on the laptop and I am all out of ideas. Please help if you know how to fix it.
