I'm having an issue with my Razer laptop. It randomly chooses between two actions: hibernating OR crashing to a black screen and restarting immediately after waking up (mainly when I close the lid).
At first, I thought the problem was with the battery, sleep mode, hibernation, or power settings. I tried many settings and types of power configuration, but the problem persisted. He was in DE for a battery change, but it got a green light in every other department. Finally, I did a clean install and setup, and after some time, it started doing the same thing, but only in one situation: when Windows Hello is active. I can see as he is looking for me with the red and green lights near the camera, and then it goes black with a restart.
The same is happening when he tries to log me in to windows but then … nope let’s hibernate. He starts then with no problem to desktop or whatever I did before.
Are there any drivers for Razer Biometrics or IR Camera out there? I know that I can just disable the camera but come on, it is quite helpful in the work that I am doing on my Blade ;)
