Hello everyone. I recently brought a second handed Razer blade 14 2023 model, and I’m almost in love with this laptop.
I do have some interesting issues that I haven’t encountered from using other laptops. Every time I change the MUX switch, Windows hello (facial, as well as PIN) is lost and I have to reset the PIN by logging in with MS account before using my laptop.
I did tried formatting & reinstalling Windows with complete driver reinstall as well, but this issue wasn’t fixed.
I did heard from ChatGPT that changing MUX switch is detected as hardware change in Windows, resulting in authentication failure, but I’m not sure because it’s AI answer.
Has this happened to anyone else? Do anyone knows what is the technical issue to this? What is the solution to this,
