Something is causing my 16” Blade Pro (2022) running Windows 11 to go into a Lock Screen loop. It activates the face recognition camera, seems to recognize me, and the immediately goes back to the Lock Screen. Mashing escape and return will get it to the login options, but unlocking with the PIN doesn’t work either, it unlocks and relocks without showing the desktop. Shutting down and powering up doesn’t fix it. Any suggestions?
