Windows Hello Performance on the 2020 Advanced model

Does it work in the dark for you guys? It won't recognize me when theres no light for some reason despite it having an IR camera. I've been on Reddit and people have been having this problem as well. Also, I think this might be a software issue because it'll work as it should during the first boot of a reset but goes back to having problems if I were to restart the laptop.
