Windows isnt recognizing Razer Base Station Chroma V2 as an output or input.

I was trying to plug in my Razer Base Station Chroma V2 but it doesn't recognize it as an audio device. Why? Synapse is the only thing that recognizes the device

    Do you have an audio device plugged into the Razer Base Station? If there are none, please plug one in and test. Send me a screenshot of the Sound Control Panel through PM if the problem persists. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
