Windows Key not working...

I have a new Razer Blade 15 2020 model and the "Windows Key" doesn't work. I have turned Game mode off, on and researched but I can't find my exact problem on the webs. I have restarted multiple times. Everything else on this laptop works perfectly. I suppose it's just possible that the button is broken but it seems unlikely since I just bought it. Does anyone have any ideas??
