windows making beeping sound when i move my mouse fast and mouse stops working for a moment and works again. The beeps are not constant just sounds like if device is getting unplugged and plugged in. 

I have similar issue , will pause and repeat every so often on my screen  mouse will stop and continue stop and continue 

ya weird cuz the beeping is the first time i’ve ever heard it. its not like the usual sound windows make when we plug or unplug any peripherals. Here is video of the Beep sound.
