Windows no longer detects sound device | Razer Insider

I have a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2019). It worked flawlessly for over a year and then I heard a pop one day and the laptop shut down, wouldn't turn on, then turned on but no screen. I had the warranty work done and it was all fixed and has been working fine for a month now. When I got home the other day having left my games up like I have done for years on end I went to unmute my sound and the system froze up and said Windows is not responding and needs to close and reset.

The OS froze and I forced power down and restarted. There is the red X down my by sound icon, the Windows troubleshooter / virtual agent doesn't load anything. In sound settings it says No output/input devices found. In Device Manager I have Intel Display Audio, Nvidia High Def audio, Nvidia Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) WDM. It's traditionally had some Realtek drivers. In sound menu it lists 4 different NVIDIA High Definition Audio all saying they are not plugged in,

I've tried to disable -> restart -> enable each of these, I've tried to update them, I've tried to uninstall them and let Windows reinstall upon reboot, I've tried to manually install them, I've tried to install Realtek. Nothing works. I've completely reinstalled Windows with a complete wipe and still the same drivers, same problem. I've looked at a lot of the online guides and seems this is a common problem with a variety of laptops etc, nothing happens when I try to plugin my Razer headphones/mic.

Windows is fully updated, Razer Synapse and everything else up to date. I've tried to look at the other sites where people have going through various methods to do something about it. Nothing. I purchased my Razer through HIDEvolution and it took over a month to get it fixed last time I'd really like to figure this out because everything was totally fine I don't understand why it would all just stop now and something as simple as sound.
Ok I forgot about my USB THX thing for my headset, I plugged that into my USB port and plugged in my headphones into that and now I at least have sound there.
