Windows not detecting keyboars

rodrigop_lopes

After opening my Blackwidow Elite to clean it (only with a brush, no liquid), the keyboard stopped working. Windows identified that something was connected but couldn't recognize it.

After reseting by clicking Esc + Caps + Space and plugging it in, (what I assume to be) the demo mode was activated and the lighting worked, as well as the lighting reaction after pressing any key, but windows stopped detecting anything at all. Even after doing Esc + Caps + Space again.

I've reinstalled Synapse, checked windows troubleshoot, tried on another computer. Nothing.

Is the keyboard done for good or is there something I can do?
