My sieren mini is not picking up any sound, i tested to see if it works on my laptop and it does. Not too sure why it's not picking up any sound.

Which apps have you used to test the mic on your PC? You will want to check if these apps have permission to access the mic via the Privacy Settings. This typically gets reset every other Windows security update.
