Windows volume control not working when 7.1 surround sound in use
I've encountered this problem after the new windows update which is version 2004. I can't control the volume using the volume keys, I have to reinstall for it to work but then when I boot up my laptop again the same thing happens. Ples welp

The app may be taking control of the global shortcuts. Are you using a keyboard to adjust the volume? If so, please indicate the model. For now, I highly recommend performing a clean installation of all Razer related apps by following this guide.
