wired keyboard wont work

So i recently took the keys off and cleaned the board and put them all back together but now when i plugged the keyboard back into my laptop it has completely shut off and wont work. so I am at a loss on what to do someone please help. the keyboard is BLACKOUT  V4 X

I understand that you're having a wired connection issues with your Razer keyboard. Have you noticed any physical damage to the cables?  Please try these troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue.

  • Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  • Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.

  • Get the latest Windows update.

  • Update the firmware of your keyboard if it is on the list.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

    Razer Synapse on the system tray

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
     

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim.
