Appears to be tied to Riot Vanguard. Unistall the program, then reconnect the mouse and it should begin working again. May need a restart if not.

Wow you are a freaking life saver man, I closed out of vanguard and everything worked like magic. I was begining to worry that my mouse was somehow defective untill I found this thread.

OMG THANK YOU to whoever figured out Riot Vanguard correlation. Literally didn’t even have to uninstall, just exited out and mouse immediately started working in wired mode again. You are a lifesaver!!!

I tried everything alongside the creator of this post and nothing worked, but then I uninstalled Valorant, Riot and Vanguard, then used “repair” instead of uninstalling Synapse. One PC restart later and it’s working wired again.

Glad someone flagged Vanguard as I wouldn’t have known better, even though I had previous issues with trying to run Valorant on Windows 11 due to a “Missing TMP Module”. All in all, probably just avoid their software for the time being.

Issue fixed after uninstalling synapse, chroma, and any other ad ons. Plugged cable back in and immediately working again.
