Wired Razer Wolverine v2 (not wireless), is blinking twice even when following the guide. It was working fine until for some reason it just stopped working. Pressing/holding the Xbox button isn’t working, Windows device manager isn’t recognizing it. It just died for some reason. Is for a update, missing drivers?

In the device manager under the other devices list, try to check if there’s a driver with an error next to it. If you see one, manually update the driver or uninstall it. i have the same problem with my Razer Wolverine V2 | RZ06-0356. It was working fine but now it is not powering on (only LED bliks twice and then nothing happens) when i plug it into my Xbox SX. When i plug it in computer, sometimes get’s recognized, sometimes doesn't. When it is not recognized by computer, there is an exclamation mark on USB devices in device manager. When it is recognized it is shown as Xbox Gaming Device. However it is not working at all with Xbox SX, where it is generaly used. Please advice!
Im having this same issue. whenever i try to connect it to my phone, the light bar blinks 2 - 3 times (while my phone is showing pairing) then it will suddenly say “No Controller Found” inside maybe 6 seconds of the pairing attempt. the controllers chroma lights respond by lighting up but only after the pairing has failed (which is indicated on my phone). It happened so suddenly while gaming that im afraid this might be the result of a hardware failure within the controller. it would save me a couple hundred $ if anyone can find a fix, or even a troubleshooting guide (preferably one that assumes you know how to set a VCR Clock. YES i turned it on and off again, etc)

tenía un razer wolverine V2 el cual de un dia para otro tambien fallo (parpadeaba 2 veces el Led, pero el control no encendia). Encontre que cuando hacia presion en el cable, concretamente en donde esta la desconexion rapida, el control daba señales de via e incluso si mantenia la presion, podia volver a usarlo…
Procedi a eliminar por completo la desconexion rapida, lo corte con unas tijeras, elimine la protección que cubre los 4 cables del control y los solde con un cautin y estaño directo a la entrada USB.
El control quedo como el dia 1, 0 input lag, 0 drift y funcionando como debio de seguir funcionando el año pasado.
