I have tried the following as per other support cases but I still have the problem:
Cleaning my surface (Issue persists)
Trying a different surface (Issue persists)
Cleaned the sensor (Issue persists)
Used a different mouse which works
Updating Razer Synapse (issue Persists)
Tried using the mouse with Razer Synapse closed (Issue persists)
Tried restarting my PC (Issue persists)
Tried to update the Firmware (Issue Persists)
Please advise.
