Hi, Im currently using Blackshark v2 pro and having an issue with my wireless tranceiver and i didnt have any information on how to claim the warranty on the part.

Please do help me due to urgency of using wireless tranceiver on blackshark v2 pro is very crucial

Did you already try reinstalling the driver of your headset and the Synapse 3 app for further isolation? You can PM me directly so I can verify the serial number and our options for a replacement should we deem your device defective. Thanks!
