Wireless USB transciever firmware update failure Razer Nari ultimate

Hello,

I’m encountering this error when trying to pair my Razer Nari Ultimate using the pairing utility:
Please help! I tried different ports, reinstalled the Synapse, update drivers, etc., but nothing works.
I followed the steps on how to update, but still I’m encountering this error.
