Wireless Viper v2 Pro dongle and cord not Working

I opened my mouse, and tried to use the wireless dongle, and the dongle extention, however neither worked, the only thing that works is the wired mode.

Tried wireless dongle in other USB port?

Is it visible in Windows device manager?
