with the Headset Razer blackshark v2 x USB , i have an echo on my ps5 ?

Hi, 

 

I have an echo with my headset on my ps5 , 

 

I tried to turn down the mic sensibility and the sound but i have always an echo , even if i’m not in vocal chat. 

 

Can you help me ?

Regarding your concern, Razer Blackshark V2 X USB does not have official support for PS5, but we received reports from other users noting that it works for them. To isolate the issue, please test the device on a computer and check if the problem persists. If so, PM me with your headset serial number so I can verify its model. Have a good one!
