My Razer blade 2017 14” 1060 had issues with the trackpad and Wi-Fi so I sent back for an RMA (it was still under the 1 year warranty. It has officially been over a month without a refund or repair in place. They take forever to reply to emails it’s supposed to be 24 – 48 hours but often takes double or triple that time. I try calling their customer support number but their offices are closed even during indicated times they are open. Also, when I contact support with online chat all they say is that my request has been forwarded to the appropriate department and expect an email reply in 24 – 48 hours.



How can support be this bad I don’t understand. I am a student and have not a had a laptop for a month.
