Wolverine 3 Pro Not Charging

After the latest update my controller will not charge at all, when I put the usb c cable in it just flashes red twice and then nothing, the controller is on a couple of months old.

    After the latest update my controller will not charge at all, when I put the usb c cable in it just flashes red twice and then nothing, the controller is on a couple of months old.

    If you have another cable to test with, please use it to charge the controller and see how it goes. Ensure both the USB-C port in your controller and the tip of the cable that goes to the USB-C port do not have any debris or rust in it. Try plugging the charging cable into another USB-A port in your PC and see how it goes. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
