Wolverine app for windows wont work with controller

As i stated in the title, my wolverine turnament edtion wont work with the software. Ive never had this problem before. Had it for 3 month, but when i reinstalled my pc. it just stopped working. Ive also reinstalled razer wolverine for xbox, and removed all drivers for the controller

    Please share a screenshot of how the controller appears on the Device Manager. I'd appreciate it if you send me the serial number so I can look into firmware-related solutions. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
