Wolverine Pro V3 disconnecting Xbox

Since the most recent firmware update on my wolverine, it will not connect to the dongle at all and when it does connect it only for a few minutes.

i have only had this problem since the newest update, i had no trouble with disconnecting prior to this update, has anyone has had similar issues? If so how did you fix them, im currently having to use my controller permanently wired

hey did you have any luck getting this to work ? i have 2 of these controllers and now doing the exact same thing .. both work fine on  cable but as soon as i connect to the dongle, they disconnect usually in 1-2 seconds or so, same on xbox , same on 2 pcs, this has to be dodgy firmware . and I cant believe they havent fixed it yet seeing so many people with the same issue over past month or so … if it continues at least i can return the white one I got it not long ago, the black one i got from razer direct and it worked flawlessly until the last update, didnt even realise at first as i was plugging it in for a while .

Same problem here, having looked at forums the common factor seems to be that these issues start once a headset is plugged into the controller. I mentioned this to Razer months ago and it appears nothing has been done.

 

I’ve not got the motivation to go through another replacement as it’s clearly a firmware issue.
