Wolverine TE Edition recent problem

Been using my Wolverine TE on my PC for easily over 1000 hours on different games like AC:Origins and Odessy, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Arkham Knight, etc. The only thing I have had to do after almost every game launch is unplug the controller and plug it back in to get it working. Recently it stopped showing up in Synapse and not working at all in games. It shows up in the Hardware and Devices, but thats it. I'm not sure what to do to fix it.
