wolverine TE profile not working

i have problem wolverine for xbox profile. i pushed 'A' button on the profile. but no response. Y key B key and create profile is working. I need wolverine multi function key remapping. but not working. i installed and removed wolverine for xbox software several times. need help desperately. I can't delete profile, no matter how i initialize wolverine for xbox. hardware problem ? or software problem? wait for your answer.

    It could be either or maybe even both but we shall find out together. Is it possible for you to test the controller on a PC? It's much easier to isolate the issue if we're able to set a different function for the keys in question.

    even I reinstall Windows, the profile I created remains intact. Is there a way to initialize the profile? In other words, is there a way to return to the initialized profile of WOLVERINE for XBOX?

    Reinstalling Windows is a bit extreme. Did you at least try to use Synapse on Windows to reconfigure your controller? By the way, can you elaborate as to what functions you want to set to the keys?

    I had to refund the wolverine TE. sorry for that.
