The left thumb stick no longer clicks down, I play a lot of call of duty and use the click down to sprint.
Is there replacement sticks available? Or does anyone know of a part number? I could try to tackle the repair on my own. I love the controller and want it to live on.
You can of course use Tactical auto sprint to simplify it. If you want to replace the thumbstick it can be quite difficult to split the shell, make sure you have ALL the screws removed.
I replace the thumbstick on Razer Raiju Tournament edition, bought a few Xbox (not elite) thumbsticks and it worked fine. Soldering iron obviously to do the job and a solder sucker will make removal much easier. While you have it split you might want to swap out the thumb grips. Xbox Series X controller ones are super grippy and drop straight on.
Do not try and do a magnetic conversion, I did on mine and it interfered with the triggers with are magnetic… so had to open it all up to return it to non magnetic ones.
